Lea has an odd Kennedy family connection. She was a juror in the William Kennedy Smith rape trial; her now-husband Roy was an attorney in the case. Months after the trial ended, they ran into each other — and, as she says, the conversation has never stopped. They admire an ostentatious portrait of their 9-year-old son in their mansion, although Lea complains about the size of his feet.
